EdenLA is partnering with the incredible humans at Mercy Beyond Borders and donates 10% of all proceeds from our projects to their humanitarian efforts worldwide. Mercy Beyond Borders educates women and girls in places where females are considered less valuable than cattle. Through a case-management approach, they award high school and university scholarships to girls in rural northern Haiti, South Sudan, Malawi and in the refugee camps of Uganda and Kenya. They give micro-loans to refugee women who launch successful small businesses in the camps, empowering them to support their families. Girls escaping forced marriages find safe haven at the only all-girl elementary school in South Sudan. Mercy Beyond Borders enhances the curriculum with a school nurse, lending library, & new dorm and computer center. Their conviction: When women LEARN, women MATTER. THEN EVERYTHING CHANGES. Educated women will rise to become leaders in their communities and beyond, making real progress toward peace and equality.
