Vacation Home Design

One of our favorite specialties is vacation homes. We love to bring our fresh unique aesthetic to clients all over the globe. Our clients are relieved and amazed at how easy and efficient this process can be for them.

How does it work?

It’s incredible how much can be done over zoom! We have presentation technologies that make the client really understand what is being presented, and then we work together to make changes as necessary. Tile, wallpaper, and fabric samples are then ordered for both our HQ and wherever the client is for color approval. Complex and detailed construction documents are created to ensure the crews abroad have no questions during the building phase, and if they do, we’re a FaceTime chat away from clarity for all. The process is incredibly efficient and effective. We do at least one thorough walk thru on site to get all photos needed for the clients’ digital file. The house is measured completely so that CAD plans can be drawn up. It’s honestly not much a different process than if the project was across the street from our HQ. Then we are on the site, of course, for the large scale installation after construction is completed, and to meet with the clients for the grand reveal experience. (Affectionately named the Holy $&!t! walk through)

We offer that as an additional service for our clients as well and they LOVE it! Just bring some clothes. Your electric toothbrush is already waiting for you in your newly designed, furnished, and outfitted vacation home.
